LaTina is an absolute angel. I can’t tell you how wonderful she’s been through this really difficult time. Sadly, they are understaffed and overworked and it’s impossible to get in for an evaluation there but they’re doing the best that they can considering. I wish that they were paid better and taken care of better because she takes really good care of us.
Even though I was there for something I wasn’t proud of, Latina and her wonderful staff treated me like a human being, and were very helpful in helping me figure out something my lawyer had neglected to tell me. Angela, the class leader, made what could’ve felt like a chore an actually borderline enjoyable experience. Even though they are understaffed (and undoubtedly overworked as a result), they were always so cheerful, helpful, and friendly. They take their job seriously - as they should - but they aren’t out to criminalize you or waste your time. If you have to do a class, I cannot recommend this office enough.
Our 16-year daughter found their instructors to be both patient and proficient in imparting their driving knowledge through their package offering a series of two-hour blocks that culminated in a successful road test.
We were very pleased with the outcome.
