First Light came to my rescue in early January of 2022. I'm a paraplegic and I tore my rotator cuff in my left arm, making me a one arm paraplegic. The caregivers were always on time, pleasant, and did a great job. I had care each morning and each night for the first 3 months and then just in the morning for the following 4 months. First Light was receptive to my scheduling and Niki was persistent with getting my bills to my insurance company, and worked with me until I finally got reimbursed.
