FirstLight’s Kelly represents a company that cares and is responsive when my clients have questions, including how they can keep their favorite caregivers while obtaining VA covered care. They are also helpful in ensuring my clients understand how to best prepare for the activation of LTC policies and little known barriers that may prevent qualifying for activation. Love their preparation guide!

First Light came to my rescue in early January of 2022. I'm a paraplegic and I tore my rotator cuff in my left arm, making me a one arm paraplegic. The caregivers were always on time, pleasant, and did a great job. I had care each morning and each night for the first 3 months and then just in the morning for the following 4 months. First Light was receptive to my scheduling and Niki was persistent with getting my bills to my insurance company, and worked with me until I finally got reimbursed. My experience with First Light was, in a word, excellent, and I would highly recommend them.
