Daniel was a consummate professional and easily detected the AC problem. During the course of what was to be a simple clean out, he detected a kinked line and went the extra mile and fixed it even though we were a last minute emergency, he took the time to do a job well and not cut any corners even though it would have set us up to be a quick repeat for the same issue.
