I had such a great experience bringing my golden here. She has not been professionally groomed in a very long time. When I showed up she looked stunning and she was so happy. I have already scheduled my male to be groomed next. I am pleased to say we have a groomer now!
This was my first time visiting Doggy D’Tails and I was very impressed. It was close to my house and my dog came out smelling and looking amazing. It’s funny I called another groomer before calling this place and the young girl was very condescending when I asked questions, really simple questions. I immediately told her thank you but no thanks. As soon as I called Doggy DTails and the gentleman was very nice and answered all of my questions upfront before I could ask. Quick easy scheduling and instructions on what they needed from me and directions. I will definitely return and thank you!
I have a 7.5 year old Golden, named Hachi. His groomer is Sierra and she is the best. He has a few quirks and she accommodates him with a smile. The attention to detail, as with everything, is very important to me and Doggy D'tails does not disappoint! Kudos to all the staff there...you are much appreciated.
