Just almost impossible to communicate & inquire re. services. Email "not deliverable" &no other way but to book online. Lacking personal interaction. I find that offputting
Almost Impossible to talk to the stylist/owner. If you call, there's a message to email....an email got no response. A phone message got no response. Guess you just have to book appointment..no questions or concerns can be addressed. Other than poor customer service, my one time visit was satisfactory. I purchased a Groupon for partial highlights because I have a lot of grays coming in around my face. With naturally dark hair it’s been hard to find someone that could blend the grays and make it look more natural than traditional highlights. I honestly didn’t expect much from my appointment for the partial highlights bargain I got on Groupon...man was I wrong!! Jennifer went way over and beyond my expectations. Not only did she help blend my grays, she helped blend the previous highlights I had that were way too light. She took a great deal of time, listened to me and paid extreme attention to detail with my hair. I am so pleased and extremely happy with my hair....read full review
