Great gym, love Control Results. So good wish I could keep it a secret but alas.I continued my fitness journey here after years of doing CrossFit, but not quite getting the results I wanted. I have seen such a huge improvement over the last several months. Yes I lost weight, but more importantly, my body composition and appearance has changed in noticeable ways. Adam and team do a fabulous job of listening to your goals and designing a plan to get you there, no excuses. It doesn’t matter where you are from a fitness standpoint, the team knows how to get results (-:

Great small group programs, great trainers who are invested in you succeeding in your goals, and a nutrition program geared to you achieving those goals. I joined about 5 months ago and was sold when they told me about the weekly PT session mixed with the small group but was totally convinced when the said there would be no burpees.Honestly the first 10days of the nutrition program was very hard because of my poor eating habits but particularly because I despise broccoli. Was told that they would give me options if there were things on the diet that I didn’t care for but I just muscled my way thru those first 10d and lost 9lbs. Love at first sight!! Tons of newer equipment in great shape. The facility is massive, lots of room to move around and train. No matter what your goals are, there are plenty of options for training. Staff is friendly and helpful. My only critique is I wish they had longer weekend hours. I've been to plenty of gyms in the Brevard area and this is hands down the best one I've found.
