Best trainers, classes, people period. After having my 4th baby, I was looking for a gym with early morning hours that would provide a clean, non crowded atmosphere and some accountability to regain my strength. I found so much more than that at Control Results. They have option for open gym, personal training or group training classes with any equipment you could dream of and no wait for racks/machines. Can’t recommend enough!

At first I was skeptical, but then I found out about cardboard cardio and my life is now forever changed. My old routine had me feeling boxed in and the clear adhesive tape of my life was falling apart piece by piece.
I can’t explain what it was about the cardboard cardio , but it really is the whole package and got me where I wanted to be physically with express delivery.
I hope someday someone else will have the profound impact of cardboard/particleboard cardio that I had.
