Mohamed was excellent help during my recent computer crisis. My laptop updated but then crashed locking me out because of a bitlocker key. While the data has not been retrieved yet, Mohamed put a new hard drive in my laptop and got everything loaded so I can continue with my schoolwork and teaching.
