We called after 5:00 pm on a Tuesday evening and received a call back immediately. Joe was at our house by noon the following day and our AC was fixed and running within 30 minutes. The cost was reasonable; we had just fixed the same thing at our home in NC and the prices were $4 different. We were extremely happy with the interaction.
