I have gone to them for both an iphone screen repair and several computer issues over the last few years. Excellent technician and service. He also does on-site in home service as well which makes it convenient when I didn't want to drag myself out of the house.

I had a great experience with this business. Their was a friendly technician at the counter when I arrived on Monday at about 3:00 PM. He was able to quickly diagnose my laptop as having a virus and gave me a quote of 75 dollars to remove and repair the damage done. He called me the next day telling me my laptop was ready to be picked up. I showed up on my lunch break a few hours later and that same technician was there. He showed me that everything was running fine and that he was able to remove the virus and get my laptop back up and running as before. There were no addition charges, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

This is a small hole-in-the-wall shop, and I like trying to support local businesses, but I will not being using this company again. They seem very undermanned, as it has been my experience that they are never here during their posted working hours. I can't comment on how reliable their repair services are due to the fact that I can't reach them to get any work done. But don't worry, if they are not here, you can drop off your computer at the shoe store located directly behind them!
