    $140 + tax + 3% service charge for oil change, tire rotation, and checks. Told it would be 2 hrs. There was also a software recall issue. Over 3 hrs later it’s not complete. Waited in waiting room. No updates from any of the service staff. At 3.5 hrs was finally told it’s almost done. Recall took longer than expected. Not a good first impression for the first service on a new car bought here 6 months ago. Only redeeming factor was the entire service was made complimentary. A little communication goes a long way. You can do better.

    Shawn "Goose" Guzman is outstanding Service Rep! My son's 2013 Kia Optima had an engine issue and Goose helped me identify that it was a serious problem with an engine recall. Goose helped me get my son's car in and repaired way quicker than I thought it was going to take. Kia replaced the engine at no cost to me and Goose did an excellent job keeping me informed the whole time. I had my son's car back in about a week.

    I am very impressed with the service department. Goose is an exceptional customer service man. He explained everything thoroughly to me and made sure I had all my questions answered to my understanding. He's definitely an A++++ in customer service. The facility is very clean and my wait time wasn't long. Thanks Kia and the great service. You are appreciated!
