I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their slogan is 'if there's any delay, it's you we pay' and they guarantee a discount of $5/minute that they show up late. What's the catch? The technicians they send pretend to have never heard about it. The people in the office play dumb as well. They said they would have a supervisor contact me about it, but of course, that didn't happen. They gave me a four hour window to sit around waiting for them, and then they still showed up over an hour later than that. After wasting half of my day, they showed up to repair something that this company had already come out to 'repair' before. Apparently, they didn't even fix the problem the first time. So what did I even hire them for? The technicians acknowledged that it was not repaired correctly the first time, but made no attempt to correct the injustice of it. And getting ahold of a supervisor is just as difficult as getting them to do their job the first time they come out. Add all of that to the fact that they charge you almost double what most other companies would, and you'll learn your lesson quickly. Save yourself the headache. Hiring any other company would be better than choosing this one.
