We just had a new unit installed. Smooth efficient process. Anthony was good in getting us this smoothly. They were done in half a day. There’s just a slight noise but they said they can come & check it anytime.
The service was great! Same day service at a time that was convenient. The tech was very professional and pleasant. Disappointed that Arnold Air Conditioning charges almost $300 not counting labor for a capacitor that costs around $20 on Amazon and Walmart.com.
It was a mid afternoon on a Friday when I called for service. Insufficient cooling. The dispatcher (I wish I could remember her name) said someone will be out about 5:45. I was happy as a lark that I could get service same day. Even better, I received a text saying the tech ( Jim) is on his way about 3:50. He showed up and asked what my problem was. He then proceeded to diagnose, and within two minutes he found the problem, refrigerant leak at the high side valve. He charged up and checked the entire system. He wound up adding about 9 pounds of refrigerant and charged me for 8. He also adjusted the expansion valve for proper superheat.
