Our little fuzzy Frenchie (Atlas) passed away here this morning. They knew BEFORE WE BROUGHT HIM that Atlas had a 9am appointment at another vet clinic and we were concerned he wouldn't make it till 9 without emergency medical attention. Then my dog laid on the floor for TWO hours till he stopped breathing at 8:20am. But they said "sorry" so I guess we are good now. They keep removing the tags on fb so ill keep finding crafty new ways to get the word out till I feel ive done an adequate job and/or they attempt to make it right.
This facility is one of the best we have encountered The Doctors and staff are wonderful, extremely caring and thorough Excellent communication whilst our kitty Monty was there in the hospital Would highly recommend!!
We paid for private cremation for Harley. We are going to bury his ashes under the oak tree in the backyard he liked to lay under, and plant some wildflowers on top. I just picked up his ashes. I'm in tears. The day after he passed, they called me to ask what kind of box I wanted for his ashes, and that it comes engraved as well. I told them they could even just put the ashes in a ziplock bag because we'll be buying him in our backyard. She said they have a "scattering tube." I said, sure.
