After almost 75 years of always painting my own houses, due to poor health, I needed to have someone do it for me. Anchor Painting did the best job I have ever seen. They did a phenomenal job repairing and painting my house. Best painter on the space coast. Worth every penny. They made my 40 year old house look brand new. They repaired all my wood trim as well to new.

Anchor Painting is an excellent painting contractor in Brevard County, FL.The office and administration staff are very friendly and professional and the work crews do excellent and efficient work with care and diligent attention to client concerns and issues.My clients are usually large commercial buildings or large condo or homeowner associations. Anchor Painting is competitively priced and provides excellent service that they warranty for several years after the initial project is completed. We believe in only good procedures and good products. We consider a good exterior paint project should be properly pressure cleaned, chemically treated, cracks prepped, full caulking, primer sealer application, and finished with a exterior finish that will stand up to the Florida elements. We are local and believe in the old fashioned customer first approach when dealing with challenging situations or warranty applications. We stand up to all warranty issues rather than the playing the "blame game". We have long term warranty plans that cover both labor, and materials. We really just look to keep our customers happy regardless of the issue as long as it is reasonable. We also try to always be fairly priced for our clients for top products.
