My ac quit working at 11:00 pm and it was getting hot. I called 2 other (supposedly 24 hour service companies) and both said it would be the next day before they could send someone to my location. I called Abel Air and was told a tech would contact me in a few minutes. 5 mins past and a tech named Mike called me and explained he had 2 others in front of me, so I explained my problem. Mike walked me through some checks and was able to help me temporarily resolve the problem and told me how and when to call to get a tech to my house quickly the next day. I was very impressed with the service and technicians. They called ahead to let me know when they were arriving just as promised. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I would highly recommend them.

We use Able Air for our semi-annual checkup. Always timely with good service. This time they found a leak, which was the bad news. But the good news was it was all covered under warranty.
