We called Able AIr after being disappointed with information from another local business. The Able Air repairman arrived on schedule, took his time, and advised us that our heat pump was worth repairing as the malfunction was a wiring issue. Brian was professional and advised that the problem could be taken care of while he was here if he had the correct wire on his truck. Luckily, the wire was available and our unit is up and running. The best surprise is that the charge was half what we paid to have the other local repairman tell us that the unit needed to be replaced. There is no doubt that we will be long time customers. My ac quit working at 11:00 pm and it was getting hot. I called 2 other (supposedly 24 hour service companies) and both said it would be the next day before they could send someone to my location. I called Abel Air and was told a tech would contact me in a few minutes. 5 mins past and a tech named Mike called me and explained he had 2 others in front of me, so I explained my problem. Mike walked me through some checks and was able to help me temporarily resolve the problem and told me how and when to call to get a tech to my house quickly the next day. I did as he said and Mike was dispensed to my house the next day. Mike was very knowledgeable about my Carrier... read full review

I was very impressed with the service and technicians. They called ahead to let me know when they were arriving just as promised. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I would highly recommend them.
