My job wasn’t what you’d call major but 321 Homes treated it that way. They had a slight hiccup and the wrong parts were mistakenly installed. They came out and had to dismantle and reinstall. I didn’t have to shout or demand anything, they took care of it. I had a window removed to accommodate a future bathroom renovation. When they left it was as if the window had never existed at all. If they keep this up they will be the only company left in the area. Strongly recommend and they will have first dibs when we start the bathroom renovation.

Make it your first, maybe last time searching for competent, capable, fast, reasonable...they are one stop and be satisfied. Listen! I called with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, home repairs, lots of stuff to get to close on a house. Listen! They made my problems THEIR problems to solve...I just never find that in any trades...
