Steve was amazing to work with. Honestly, beyond any expectations I could have possibly had. I contacted him out of a random google search and thank my lucky stars he answered. He quickly comprehended my rather complicated and unique problem. He brainstormed a very ingenious solution and maintained communications with me the entire time giving me complete confidence he was able to address the problem. This was for an old operating system running an important piece of medical equipment that my wife depends. Were it to fail, it would have major ramifications to her ability to stay well. I had a great experience working with these guys. They were easy to communicate with and offered very reasonable prices. They replaced the battery in my MacBook Pro, and it has been performing better than new ever since I got it back about two months ago. The job they did was perfect!
