I can not express how great the service was without you thinking I am a family member or a friend of the owners.(I am neither) This was by far the best AC company I have had work on my home AC. Very communicative on when they would arrive, was able to assess the issue and provide me with a estimate of how long the repair would take and explained the issue in a non technical way. Great great great experience.

My sister rents from progress residential and they called your company and no one showed up nor a phone call. Let’s also put this out there she 11 months pregnant. I also let me put this out there the house as of right now The AC is still broken and no phone call and it’s Sunday and it’s 100 plus outside. I am still waiting for someone to call me Monday morning. You will be hearing from my attorney.I have changed from 1 star to 4 stars I will change it to 5 when my sister unit gets replaced.they did come this morning and a just changed the fan motor. So we will see.

This is the first service company that I have worked with that: the tech arrived on time, resolved the problem, was neat and left the area clean while doing maintenance - highly recommend the service and the office communication with me.
