I recommend this business to anyone that is looking for a new tax preparer. I've been using Melissa's Accounting since 2022 and I have never had any issues. She makes it stress free with appointments and i never worry, because I know my taxes are prepared and E-filed correctly. It's all done in the same day if you have a simple return like myself. If you make an appointment be sure to arrive a few minutes before the set time. Showing up to your appointment late can cause it to be rescheduled. Ms. Melissa handles everything on her own and is a very busy busy woman. I always show up 10 minutes early. I ensure to bring everything I will need for my appointment. If you are coming for the first time ensure to bring ur DL, SSN, Mail with current address, along with your wife/husbands also. If you are married with dependants you will need their DL, SSN, (children) Birth Certificates, DOB etc. Ms. Melissa will work with you if you have a difficulty schedule but I know the weekends are a strict no appointments.
