This gym is like a 2nd home for my family! We love the facility and instructors. The kids' classes are fun, informative, and safe. I've personally seen instructors be intentional and thoughtful about their approach, tailoring it to age and skill level... And exhibit a great deal of patience and kindness with students as they learn. Their intentional leadership on the kids' mats also translates to adult classes. It's such a special place!

We have had an amazing experience so far at Southern Soul. The whole crew has been so welcoming, from day one our little guy was met with positivity and encouragement. He looks forward to going to class every week and has gained so more confidence than I could have imagined!

Southern Soul is A+mazing! Our 4 year old loves it, and the coaches (Shane, Kevin, and Lexi) are so patient, supportive, and firm in their instruction. Just the right mix of fun and discipline — our kiddo is thriving. It really does have a family atmosphere, not intimidating, and easy to join classes with our busy work schedules. It’s nice to know if we can’t make a day, we can always drop in the next.
