Very disappointed. We picked this home builder because they had the best reviews. Sadly that’s not my experience with them. Not only are they still not done, the quality of the work so far is also a disappointment. I’d say the lack of communication about our build would be the number one reason I do not recommend this builder. Our build was a smaller home; about 1100 square feet , nothing custom and after a year our home still remains unfinished. The amount I’m paying for this house just doesn’t equal the quality Of the build.

I tried but he was not available. Mr. Tatum is probably the best contractor Jackson County has ever had. He cares enough to do an excellent job; large or small. I have talked with several home owners who have used him and they all say the same, he does an excellent job, has good communication skills with clients and staff. I was not successful in hiring him as he has sold his company. Tried to hire him 11 years ago, but he was not available. He did come out and talk with us. If you had him as your contractor, or you moved into a home he built, you are lucky.

Guy Tatum has been great to work with. I made an offer on a house, and come to find out through inspections it needed a ton of work. Seller interviewed multiple contractors and Mr. Tatum was the most thorough and professional. Not to mention the most capable of accomplishing the task. Other contractors wanted to tackle pieces rather than the entire foundation related problem. I couldn't be happier that the sellers picked him to do the work. He's communicated both with the seller and buyer throughout the process, and even though things were even worse than we originally thought, Guy Tatum has been strait forward and very capable of completing the entire job.... read full review
