I came in on Friday, around 345/400 pm, I was called upon almost immediately, My stylist took me back to her station, She asked me what I needed and after a few moments, She went to work, She was quick and efficient, She was very personable, I appreciated that, With stylists like that, I will come back again.
The lady did a great job on my hair she asked me if I wanted it blow dried and I said yes which to my knowledge was around 10 or so well when I got my receipt it charged me 33.50 for a blow out which I did not ask for a fancy blowout I feel like I was tricked and lied to I would appreciate it if the blowout was refunded minus the cost of 10 that it should have cost and also I was charged for a wash and a cut and I did not get my hair washed
I hadn't been there for at least 6 years because of an incident that happened. Today was a great experience. I know I shouldn't have let one person run me off, but I did. Today they were kind and very good at their jobs. That's how it was before the incident. So I will be going back for all my hair care needs.
