“I will say that this is one of the cleaner laundry mats in Marianna. There is a welcoming when you come in that you will not get at the others. There is a comparable with a Western Union sign instead of a laundry matt sign on 90 that are pricey as well, but it is not as welcoming and the are warning/legal signs every making you feel like it's a laundry matt owned by government or a prison. There is no attendant when you need one.
This laundry mat offers tap pay and doesn't make a stink when you are scraping up change to make quarters. Just the sign of the times. People don't carry cash like that anymore.
My only suggestion would be to have music playing or allow the tv on so it doesn't feel like a Library. Maybe have wifi available for guests so they can work while waiting on their laundry. Also, a vending machine for fabric softener sheets, laundry bags, and detergent and another one for cold water and drinks would be nice.
I support the American owned businesses that hire legal people because as a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to comply with tax laws for employees and turn a profit. Big corps are automating everything to computers taking away jobs. If you guys are on nextdoor, I will give you a shout as well.“
