RIDD Pest Control LLC is a reliable and professional pest control service that uses only the best organic, premium products to eliminate unwanted pests from homes. Their fully licensed and certified service professionals are knowledgeable, thorough, and exceptional in communication. The staff is very responsive and friendly. A salesman was very professional and explained a lot up front about the chemicals they use, what those chemicals do, and whether or not they were safe for animals. They provide top-notch services and keep customers informed throughout the process, ensuring no surprises. They went far above and beyond expectations and are highly recommended.
This company is amazing! We had an ant issue that they were able to fix. Highly recommend them. It seems that any bad reviews here are simply people complaining about these young people coming to their door. Trust me and give them a shot.. we were using a different big name company beforehand and Ridd has went far above and beyond expectations.
Ron, Randy, Jeff and Gregory are so great to work with. They keep you informed the entire time they let you know what they see and what they are doing to treat the problem. I have ants and moles and they searched everywhere and made sure they didn't miss a spot. They let you know when they are on their way and the estimated time of travel so you know when to expect them. Communication is exceptional with these guys. They let you know up front the cost of things so there are no surprises!Services: Rodent extermination
Sales person Tyler (Holly Springs, NC) was very knowledgeable while not being pushy and really tried to work with me on price. I am not able to afford the services at this time but he was very respectful and I wanted to praise him with this review (note: I didn't use actual services)
