The main breaker to my house tripped late in the day on a Saturday. I called Next Generation, and spoke with James. He picked up and was able to help me right away. He asked me to send him a few pictures of the panel, and then talked me through the process for resetting it right there over the phone. I really appreciate it, and he's my go-to electrician from now on!

I called James at 9pm as an emergency call. Our lights were flickering and we heard a weird buzzing sound from an outlet. He responded to our needs asap and replaced old outlets that had bad connections. We now have peace of mind and can sleep peacefully tonight. We plan to have him come back to do other work on our house. James is very knowledgeable and has years of experience. He went above and beyond our expectations and we will recommend anyone we know needing his services.
