Great customer service. They know what they are doing. Helped me get files needed day 1 prior to even ordering the right part to fully repair my device. They also offered me 3 good options for next steps. When the part came in a couple of days later they repaired in one day and now working great.

I took my computer to Logica because When I tried to log in my computer it kept saying it was the incorrect password although I had not changed my password. After several attempts I realized that my password had been compromised. James was very knowledgeable and explained to me what happened and how it happened. He reset my computer and installed a new version of Windows 11. I was very pleased and will definitely use their services again.
