After consulting a big-box store about a new front door, and walking away frustrated from the experience, I decided to visit Jambco, a local business. I’m so glad I did. I met Jane, who was absolutely terrific; she took me through the options and assured me I could have exactly the door I had been envisioning for my home. Then she scheduled Don to visit my home and do the measurements, and it was immediately clear he knew his stuff. Soon enough I had the estimate for the new door — and it was both less than the big-box store and it was exactly the door I wanted. Jane even went above and beyond to research the hardware I wanted. My wife and I are very glad that we called Jambco Doors and Millwork. Jane was extremely helpful and made the process of choosing and arranging to have the doors installed very easy. She answered our questions courteously and promptly no matter how big or small. The doors arrived quicky and Don, their installer was very friendly responsible and professional. We could tell that Jambco wanted and appreciated our business.We wish we had called Jambco first, rather than waisting time with the big box companies or other businesses that did not focus primarily on doors and millwork. We would definitely call them again and will recommend them to our friends and family.
