Nice gentlemen and knowledgeable A/C tech worked on the unit. He told us what was going on and showed us pictures. He said the unit needs to be replaced, but unfortunately, we are at the mercy of our home warranty company, CHW. They said they needed to send another company out to check for another opinion.
