I had the pleasure of working with Big C and Sons AC Repair, and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service they provided. After a horrendous experience with a larger AC company, I was recommended to give them a try, and I am so grateful I did. I have now used their services on two separate occasions, and each time, they exceeded my expectations. I have used Big C & Sons several times for repairs in both my new home and prior home. He is always a pleasure to deal with and gets the job done efficiently. He has always explained what was wrong and what my options were. I would highly recommend this company and I will continue to call on them with all of my air conditioning problems!!!

Byron at Big C prompted and friendly responded to our call and replaced our AC at a fair price. We are extremely happy with his services, especially since we arrange every thing over the phone as we were in the west coast.
