No complaints about the service advisor. I brought in my 2019 Ford Edge SEL for transmission fluid change, drain and fill. The invoice shows the refilled transmission fluid is XT-10-QLVC. The owner manual says XT-12-QULV, from page 360: "Automatic transmissions that require MERCON ULV transmission fluid should only use MERCON ULV transmission fluid. The use of any other fluid may cause transmission damage." I need the service manager to explain this situation.

Auto Nation Ford was very helpful in helping us when we returned from a cruise and had to have work done on our truck before we could drive home.
