It is incredibly refreshing in today's world to be able to deal with a company that behaves professionally and ethically and that does what it said it would do! We hired Air-Tech to install a new AC system in our condo and dealing with them, from everyone in the office to the team that did the installation work, was a pleasure! Diagnostics of the issue were clear and transparent. Pricing of the new system and installation was extremely competitive and even cheaper than another company that also quoted the job. Communications during the sourcing of the new unit and all the way to installation day was frequent and proactive. The team arrived on time (even a few minutes early to meet the crane and make sure everything was set) and worked efficiently and professionally until the work was done.
