Recently switched companies for service our AC unit and the experience with ICE C Cool was excellent. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and with honest pricing. I would highly recommend them.
We needed help with our A/C on a very hot weekend. The tech from Air Nifty, Frank, came very quickly and ran a few tests and got the unit working again. We are very pleased with the service's rapidity of response and identifying, testing and resolving the problem. We will certainly call on them for our future A/C needs.
As a replacement for my previous A/C and Heating maintenance and repairs company that closed after many years, I was skeptical of how this company would perform and at what cost. I was very pleasantly surprised. They did an excellent and comprehensive initial service and checked and even took pictures of all the system components, documenting those needing repair or replacement. The serviceman was polite, knowledgable, and efficient, and he explained everything to me, including costs which were less than what I had been paying.
