Excellent experience from start to finish! The technicians showed up exactly when they said they would—both for the estimate and the installation. Their pricing was fair, they pulled all the required permits, and the quality of the work was outstanding.
During the installation, one of the lines to my water heater was accidentally nicked because the space was extremely tight. It clearly wasn’t due to negligence, and what impressed me most was how they handled it. They immediately replaced the line at no cost, without me even having to ask. That kind of integrity is hard to find nowadays.
