Business is affiliated with Century 21 on the island. Had numerous issues with the overall cleanliness of the unit despite spending $125 per clean. For example, clothes were thrown over the floor, dusting didn't occur, staff used owners cleaning supplies and vacuum (without permission) dirt and hairs left in the shower (see pic) yet welcome soap was left. From security cameras I saw they spent no more than 20 minutes in the unit during cleans and wouldn't/couldn't provide a scope of cleaning services/fee charged as was told it "varies based on guest use." More concerning - when I informed both coastal and C21 they took no action or made no attempt to reconcile the matter....read full review
