Zack with Happy Campers does great work. We called Happy Campers to have a new window installed. They were able to get us on their calendar the same day. Zach was able to remove our old window and replace it with our new one at our campsite with zero issues. If you need service on your RV in the Keys, this is the mobile service and repair company you want to use.
We needed Happy Campers help with our rig on a recent trip to the Keys. We were fortunate to meet Zac (Go IU Hoosiers!) who addressed and explained both of our issues and resolved them quickly and accurately. The communication was unmatched and the ease with which Zac assessed and corrected our problems with our Water Heater and AC was refreshing. Would highly recommend!
I see there's a couple older negative reviews for Happy Campers. But I must say, they were the third company we called as everyone else kind of gave us the runaround regarding our inoperable frigerator and Happy Campers was the only company to show up and actually work.
Spoke w/ Jay and he had a tech out (Zachary) within two hours. So already Happy Campers was doing better than everyone else.
Zach diagnosed the issue thoroughly. I ended up needing a new frigerator. But he still took the time to test my electrical system to ensure there wasn't an underlying issue. Additionally, the dinette window had to be removed in order for the frigerator to be replaced....read full review
