Laura is a great nail technician, she is so kind, almost the only one to give clients a smile! She is so professional, she does a pedicure that I'm sure no one has ever cleaned my feet and my cuticles as well as she does, and she also removes ingrown toenails! Not to mention if I work in her hands, she is so good that I will always return to her! She also makes designs on her nails.
Where do I begin? Okay, the first thing is that I had to get my nail tech to correctly paint my nails more than 3 times. She would not put polish on the entire nail so the corners of the nails were left unpainted. Ok, so maybe she's not the best painter, but then she had the audacity to argue with me about it. Loudly. Secondly, I thought it was sooo rude how loudly and constantly the nail techs were talking to each other in Vietnamese. It was so clear at one point that they were talking about me and the woman sitting opposite from me - who came in for a French manicure and was scolded because she wanted it the way she wanted it at the same time I was being scolded for...read full review
I have been going here for years and love it. I am literally shocked to see there are bad reviews, because I have always had a great experience here. It is by far the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to, and it is peaceful and quiet. I always make an appointment but I see people walk in and they rarely even have to wait.
