The person cutting my hair was distracted and cut off something I didn’t want removed. Other than that, they did so little that I ended up needing to get a second haircut elsewhere. When we asked them to cut a little bit more they seemed slightly annoyed. It was also expensive for what was done.

Angela seems to be a lovely person and was very friendly initially. I wanted clear on my nails ( specifically a strengthening polish) and unfortunately what she chose chipped literally within a day! I tipped very generously and then was definitely ignored as her attention went to some gentleman who came in as she was finishing my pedicure. Guess she was “done “ with me. They ruined my hair I just moved here and went in for a simple touch up and glaze I'm a brunette-I felt like they were taking care of the regular clients I kept saying please check my hair It looked really red ! After the color came off I had bright red at the roots where I had grey and the rest of my hair was brown -a stripe mess !then they gave me highlights to hide it -it did not- What a disaster ! They said they didn't have my color in the salon( what salon doesn't have 6.0-5.0!) They had to go to the beauty salon to buy I the next few days $ 270 later at a better salon my hair still need fixing -I'll have to wait a month or so cause the new salon doesn't want to damage my hair What a disaster! You think they would reach out to me ?? Nada ! They Called to book me in a few days I cancelled that online after going to a real salon and still no call to see what happened !-it over 2 weeks ! No call ! They just wanted me out of the salon and their thoughts after I spent 6 hours in their salon for a simple procedure! One star is not low enough Don't go there Also they cancelled an appointment to fix ( I wasn't going anyway)
