A very special thank you to Georgina, who went above and beyond to help us get a rental car. She spent almost an hour assisting us, doing everything possible to make it happen. She was patient, kind, and always smiling.

I am so pleased with the way management handled a situation. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and now I will always return to this hotel. Stayed here for a work event and both the hotel staff and event staff were amazing. The hotel itself is very pretty, clean, and has plenty to offer in amenities. The room was a very nice size and had a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. All the food from room service, to the restaurants, to the event catering was all delicious. There is not much in the surrounding area to walk to, but with so much on site there is no need to leave.
