Hi, I'm Chris and I'm a psychotherapist in Maitland, FL. I help teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health or relationship issues. We heal when we are known and unconditionally accepted. My office is a zero judgment zone and I will always provide a safe environment to process your feelings and heal. I often integrate ACT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing into sessions depending on what can help you the most. I'm a Christian and can help you integrate your Christian faith with your counseling if that is important to you. If you are not a Christian that is okay as well. I help people of all beliefs and backgrounds. You were made to thrive and I can help you get there!
