My son was diagnosed with strabismus and had appointments for over a year. When Andrew J. Schneider first mentioned the possibility of eye surgery, my initial reaction was fear; so many worries, doubts, and questions filled my mind. However, I am truly grateful that I made the decision to move forward. Dr. Schneider and his entire team took incredible care of my son throughout the process. Their professionalism, patience, and compassion gave me peace of mind during a very difficult time.

I leave messages and no one calls me back. I'm trying to get my contact lens prescription, but no call back, or way to reach an operator.a prime example of a poorly designed phone system in the midst of employee downsizing. Yesterday, I asked Google AI if they were out of business. It said it appears to be in business, but appearances can change.
PS- I have been saying with the physicians and techs, but customer service rates an F. Perhaps someone from their Maitland office will have my updated contact lens prescription & email me on how to get it.
