They did a wonderful service, and their thoughtfulness to details extends even after the service. The owner, Todd, was the funeral director who handled the service, and his professionalism and empathy were truly heartwarming. Sujan Patel, an employee, was incredibly helpful, compassionate, and informative, guiding the family through every step with care and professionalism. She answered all questions with patience and made sure the family felt supported throughout the entire process.
