I have been using this firm since 2000. The office staff is excellent. The phone is answered by a real live person, no listening to a long spiel, a menu of numbers to punch, holding for an eternity or dealing with Artificial Unintelligence.
The attorneys know their stuff and get results. The paralegals are great especially Janel, if they don't have the answer they will find out and get right back to you. Not in a few days but that day or the next, you don't have to keep calling and chasing the answers! I truly can't say enough good things about the way this firm takes care of business.
