I would like to say that Angela in the Walmart Lynn Haven Eye Center is absolutely the best. She is efficient, kind and knowledgeable!I will always ask for her and wait. Thank you Angela for all you do!!
I suppose customer service depends on when you get there. Got a call at 2 o'clock to tell me my prescription was ready, and so I headed over from work to pick them up. Apparently they can't give you your glasses between 2-3 every day, but they won't tell you until you get there. Won't be getting another set of glasses from them.
Won’t give my glasses that have been ready to be picked up since Christmas Eve because the licensed Optician isn’t available today. Glasses that have already gotten the lenses in them. I waited there for 20 minutes while the girl was on a cell phone. Not sure if it was her personal phone or not but what the hell is the point of being open if you literally can’t do anything of value for your customers. The guy doesn’t even do anything when he’s there. Don’t expect this to be a convent process if you get glasses here. Get your prescription and order them online. It’s cheaper and much more convenient.
