Tim and Fain always do a great job and are a wonderful inspeciton company to work with! Very detailed and easy to follow up with if I have any questions about the inspection report. They always respond within a few hours. My clients enjoy working with them as well when they attend the inspections. I like that they spend the extra time to make everyone feel comfortable about their findings. As a Realtor having this relationship is vital to our business.

I found NPI on Google and read the reviews. I liked what I read so was hoping for the best. I hired Tim and his team to inspect a large multifamily property. They was spot on and very thorough. Great Job

My appraisal is was performed quickly. It was very detailed and helped me make a decision on whether or not to purchase the property. Tim was very responsive to my questions. I’ve used this company before and will do so in the future.
