My daughter has been with sifu Jeff for now 2 years and I cant thank him enough with all the things my daughter has learned to protect herself. I've made multiple post on Facebook about how people ask me why I have my daughter in karate instead of cheerleading and it's this simple. Will cheerleading teach my daughter to protect herself from this crazy world or will cheerleading give her an outlet to take out her frustration? Most will say no and then I add it also has taught her discipline that I've got a great kid that is humble, very active in everything she does, and is grateful for the things she has! We now are on to our next belt so purple belt here she comes!
