I had several bulbs in my residential lighting set up burn out... took a photo of the bulbs in question and emailed customer service... they overnighted me replacements no questions asked... a week before Christmas!

I have 6 of the MR16 Salty Dog in grade lights (shielded) and they are great! They have been installed for 6 years and what a great product. From the light they put out, to the quality in craftsmanship. The seal has kept the internals completely dry and the glass lens does not yellow or become hazy from the sun. I have had to replace the lifetime bulbs multiple times but the customer service has been absolutely fantastic! I call the customer serviced number and they ask how many bulbs I need. Within a day or two I receive the new bulbs and we are as good as new. I highly recommend this specific product and using Volt lighting!

Also their products are a cut above most of the big box stuff you will find.
