With a car wash on every corner now, what really sets them apart is the staff. This location is great! The guys at the prewash station really focus on cleaning the tough spots on the front of your vehicle. The vacuum station is always stocked with rags and cleaner for a do it yourself detail after your wash. The manager was actively walking around picking up trash and checking to make sure vehicles were clean. Will definitely continue to visit this location!

While getting a car wash my antenna was snapped off, and the antenna base was broken in half, exposing the PC Board. I reported it immediately and a report was written up. Josh Regan, the Site Leader, contacted me and 2 weeks later called me again and informed me to stop by and pick up a check so it can be repaired. Totally not expected, most car washes have a sign out front saying not responsible for damages. I will continue to do business there and recommend Tidal Wave Auto Spa to everyone I know. I had the best experience today and I wasn’t even at Tidal Wave!! I came out of the restaurant next door and found my car had a dead battery. Just happened that Josh the Mgr of Tidal Wave happened to see me having a problem and without me asking he approached and offered to get his charge box and start my car. Saved me the cost and time of a call to AAA!! We need more people like this to set an example for today’s youth! He refused to accept any gratuity but I can assure you I will be washing all my vehicles at Tidal Wave from now on! Thank you Josh!
