Amazing experience at Tidal Wave! Keith, the General Manager, went above and beyond to help me out. He personally took the time to help me clean my mats and made sure everything was taken care of. He was extremely professional, friendly, and provided great customer service. You can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does. Definitely a 5-star experience. Thank you, Keith!
Been to a bunch of different tidal wave car wash locations. This location is equal distance from my house to another tidal wave location, and I always come here. Staff is always friendly, they do a great job pre washing vehicle before it goes thru car wash. Facility is always clean, and neatly organized. One of the employees Keith is always in a good mood and says hey to me every time I come thru the car wash. Keep up the good work.
