I enjoyed the class that I attended here. The instructor was very knowledgeable and observed the class closely. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the students in the class. Everyone was kind and welcoming.I highly suggest coming to this studio to join a class.
I found Sun Yoga through a friend and keep returning for intelligent sequencing, inspiring classes and a welcoming community. Not a large space, but perfect for my expanding yoga practice. The owner, Willow, is professional, educated in many styles of yoga, compassionate, crafts classes that are accessible and brings in the best teachers for varied content... Mary, Linda, Amy, Nick, Ryan, Laura, Stephanie, Laia and Barri. There are also many special events with fantastic teachers.
first time at Sun Yoga was a beautiful light hearted experience with a wonderful teacher named Ryan. It was everything I want in a class. Fun and challenging even for me (a hardcore daily practitioner), while at the same time really taking the time to break down postures for the not so experienced yogis.
