This place is such a rare and hidden gem here in Lutz! Laura works magic on the fascia, helping my body get back into alignment and releasing all of the aches and pains in a way a normal massage or physical therapy cant do. She also offers one and one breathwork sessions to help release stored emotions which is very powerful as well.
