This is my third time using SimpleFLOORS and each time they have done an excellent job. The customer service is off the charts - quick responses, the team is there when they say they will be there, the estimate is the estimate... no scope/price creep. It's the simple things that you don't always get from contractors. I have had this company replace flooring in 3 homes in the last 4 years and each time the service/quality of product is excellent. A few years ago, I was replacing all the flooring in my home with two young kids and I was very nervous about the mess. Benjamin's team cleaned up every single day and did a wonderful job minimizing the disruption in our home.
